WRITING

Today we used our senses to write about a pummelo which is the largest of citrus fruits.  The children came up with a range of adjectives including smooth, sweet, juicy, yellow, big and sour.  It also reminded some children of a lemon and others of meat.  Many children joined sentences together using the word 'and'.
